Champagne Chavost (Chavot-Courcourt)

Champagne Chavost is a cooperative winery founded in 1946 in Chavot-Courcourt in the Champagne region. Known for organic, low-intervention winemaking—often with no added sulfites or dosage—it operates under cellar master Fabian Daviaux.

The house emphasizes terroir and native yeasts, while its distinctive labels—designed by his brother, feature cartoon-style representations of the cooperative and its collective for each of its cuvées, adding a personal touch to this new-wave “natural Champagne” producer.
