The vintage Champagne of the house comes exclusively from the Grand Cru villages Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Cramant.
Very mineral on the palate, dry, with aromas of brioche and roasted hazelnuts and great length on the palate. Grand Cru Chardonnay Champagne in pure form.
The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are aged and matured in steel tanks, depending on the quality, for 3-6 years on the lees. All Champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be drunk from large glasses.
